Meet our Chef

Chef Roger Manue

Roger Manue has been a proud member of the Hilton Hotel culinary team for over 26 years. He has had the privilege of working at properties in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Arizona, Santa Barbara, and most recently, San Jose. Chef Roger is a member of Hilton’s corporate chef team – a team responsible for setting company standards for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and in-room dining for Hilton and DoubleTree properties throughout the U.S.

Throughout Chef Roger’s career, he has assisted with the grand opening of many Hilton properties including DoubleTree Cedar Rapids, DoubleTree Campbell and more recently, one of Hilton’s newest additions: the Curio Hotel in Cupertino.

Roger has had the honor of promoting and mentoring five of his assistant chefs to different Hilton Properties – where they are now run their own kitchens as Executive Chefs. Roger continues to be involved in activities and organizations with the goal of furthering the education and training of young chefs.
