DoubleTree by Hilton Santa Fe specializes in small meetings. Our Simplified Meeting Packages makes planning small meetings a breeze. We have four separate areas for small meetings; one of those areas features windows and sliding glass doors so that your attendees can easily slip outside for some fresh air during breaks.
The Bear Wallow room can accommodate groups up to 150 people for larger meetings, conferences and banquets. Our sales staff will work with you to custom design meal packages, or arrange transportation for group outings to historical sites around town.
Whether it is a group retreat, family reunion or wedding, our experienced staff will guide you through the steps of planning your event. Our meeting space is on the first floor, easily accessible for any guest. We can arrange events from formal served dinner to a casual hors d’oeuvres affair with a full service or ‘mocktail’ bar. We will walk you through every step of planning your event.
