Subject to availability. Room rates are valid for single/double occupancy and are excusive of taxes, gratuity and incidental charges. Should you wish to modify or cancel reservations, please do so at least 24-hours prior to your date of arrival to avoid any cancellation penalties. This offer may not be combined with any other offer. Offer not valid for groups. One gift bag will be distributed per stay, not per night. Hotels are under no obligation to replace lost or stolen gift bags. Gift bag and its contents have no cash value. All gift bags contain one pet fleece blanket, one travel bowl and one collar. Guests with pets must sign a liability waiver and give a credit card deposit of $150 against damages to be returned on departure. There is a one time, non-refundable fee of $100.00. An additional pet may be added on for an additional fee of $100. This fee is for necessary deep cleaning of the room upon departure. Service animals accompanying people with disabilities are always welcomed however, are not required to pay the one time pet charge. Pet owners will be liable for any additional cleaning bills or repairs, should they be required. Pets must be declared at check-in. Pets are only allowed in designated pet rooms. Pets are not allowed in upgraded room types or suites. In consideration of all hotel guests, pets must be attended at all times in all common areas. Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms. For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will NOT clean your room with your pet inside. Noise must be kept to a minimum. Barking dogs can disturb other guests. Please keep your pet on a leash, or for small ones, in your arms. Animals may not be allowed to run free, for their own protection, as well as the safety and comfort of hotel guests and staff. Please do not have your pet accompany you to meals; health regulations do not allow them in food service areas. When walking pets, please be considerate of other guests and clean up after your pet.
