DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Dayton South welcomes all guests including our friendly four-legged furry guests. Bring your cats and dogs along for the ride and know that our staff will take the same amount of care for your pets as we do our traditional guests.
Deposits FeesAny guest with a pet must have an approved credit card on file or a 200.00 cash deposit above and beyond anticipated room tax and pet fee charges. Guests traveling with pets will be charged a 25.00 one-time program maintenance fee regardless of the length of stay or the amount of pets (maximum of two cuddly critters). A $20.00 per day pet housekeeping fee will be charged to your suite for one pet or $30.00 fee for two pets. Each pet owner will be responsible for any damages to hotel property excessive cleaning or pest extermination that may be required from your pet visiting with us.
HousekeepingAll pets must be either enclosed in pet carriers or restrained on a leash at all times. DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Dayton South will provide Pet in Room door hanger to be used by guests when leaving a pet unattended. Housekeeping is required to enter and clean your suite at least every three days. Pet owner must be present when any hotel staff member is servicing the guest suite.
Public AreasPets are not permitted in any food and beverage outlet the courtyard, pool and spa area or gift shop. Pets are strictly prohibited within indoor public areas with the exception of hall corridors stairwells and the elevators.
Pet WastePet owners are responsible for immediate and proper removal of all waste caused by your pet on hotel property.
Suite AssuranceGuarantee Guests traveling with pets are to assure that their pet will not disturb others including barking. Under our Suite Assurance Guarantee pet owners will be responsible for reimbursing the hotel for any refunds given caused by their pet disturbing others.
