Package Policy

Packages accepted for registered guests only for arrivals within 10 days & held up to 30 days after guest departure. A charge of $2.00 per package, up to 10 packages and $10 per package for any additional packages will be added to guest bill.

Payment Policy

Hotel requires a valid credit/debit card to check in. An incidental hold of $100/night will be placed and any additional charges incurred during your stay will be posted against this hold. Upon check-out, any remaining credit will be released by the hotel. Depending on your bank, this hold could take up to 7 business days for credit cards and up to 14 business days for debit cards to be released.

Charges & Fees

Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; hotel fitness center classes; beach chairs and towels; 2 hour bicycle rental; 2 complimentary aluminum refillable water bottles per stay (water refill stations throughout the hotel); oversized games; local and toll-free calls.

Children under 13 are complimentary in-room with paying adult. Triple/ Quad Occupancy rooms: $25 per person additional charge.
